Zaylotix — Where Business Clicks

By creating an account or using Zaylotix, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Zaylotix ("we", "us") is operated by Zaylotix, Chattogram, Bangladesh. "You" means the business owner or any staff member using Zaylotix.

2. Our Service

Zaylotix is cloud-based business management software (POS, stock, sales, expenses, accounts, reports, messaging tools). Features depend on your plan (Starter, Business or Ultimate). We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including your staff's.
You decide what permissions each staff member has.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to run your business.

4. Fees

Plan fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, unless we fail to provide the service.
We may change prices at renewal. Unpaid accounts may be suspended.
Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Your Business Is Your Responsibility

Zaylotix is a tool. How you run your business is entirely your own matter. You are solely responsible for:

Your data: product prices, units, stock, sales and all other entries. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect entries or settings.
Legal and tax compliance: VAT, income tax, licenses, NBR filings, invoice formats and all other laws. Our reports and memos are management aids, not legal, accounting or tax advice. We are not liable for any fine, penalty or tax issue.
Your customers: you must have the right to store their information and to contact them.
Messages you send (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.): their content and recipients. We are not responsible if a platform blocks your number.
Your products and transactions with your customers, suppliers and staff.
Backups: export your data regularly.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Zaylotix for illegal activity, fraud, fake invoices, tax evasion, spam, hacking, copying or reselling the software, or sharing one account across unrelated businesses. We may suspend or terminate such accounts without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Zaylotix software, name and logo belong to us. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your business during your subscription. You own your business data.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that data will never be lost. Third-party services (hosting, WhatsApp, payment providers) may fail outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or any indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claim, fine or cost brought against us by a customer, authority or third party arising from your business, your data, your messages or your breach of these terms.

11. Legal Requests

We may disclose information if required by a valid court order or government authority under Bangladesh law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your account for breach of these terms or non-payment. After termination you have 30 days to export your data; after that it may be deleted.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, power or internet outage, cyber attacks, government orders, third-party outages).

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Chattogram.
