Zaylotix — Where Business Clicks

This policy explains what information Zaylotix ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account details: name, phone number, email, business name and address, and staff accounts. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
Business data you enter: products, stock, sales, expenses, accounts, memos, and your customers' and suppliers' names, phone numbers and balances.
Technical data: device type, browser, app version, IP address, login times, activity logs and error logs.
Cookies and local storage: used for login sessions and offline work.
Camera (only if you allow it): used only for barcode scanning. We do not store images.
Payment references: transaction IDs for subscription payments. We never ask for your PIN, card number or mobile banking password.

2. How We Use It

To run and secure the service, sign you in, send memos and messages you choose to send, provide support, fix errors, improve Zaylotix, bill you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

3. Your Customers' Data

For the customer and supplier information you enter, you are the data controller and we process it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to collect it and to contact those people.

4. Sharing

We share information only when needed:

Service providers such as hosting, backup, SMS and payment providers.
WhatsApp and other third parties when you send a memo or message through them. Their own policies apply.
Legal requests: valid court orders or government requirements under Bangladesh law.
Business transfer: if our company is sold or merged.

Your staff can see your shop's data according to the permissions you give them.

5. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, password hashing and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password safe, remove former staff accounts and export backups regularly. We are not responsible for losses caused by shared passwords or misuse by your staff.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation you have 30 days to export it, after which it may be deleted. We may keep some information longer where the law requires.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting us below.

8. International Processing

Our providers' servers may be outside Bangladesh. By using Zaylotix you agree to this.
